AKKA: Chief of Staff workshop

Class terms.

Version 1.2 · October 2, 2026

Akian Karofsky, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company — us, below. You are the person registering, and the business you register on behalf of.

What you're getting

A full day, live, in a small group. You leave with your own AI chief of staff built and running on your own laptop, a stamped copy of the Blueprint, and a licence to use the materials in your business (that licence is a separate document — please read it too).

You bring your own laptop and your own business email and calendar. What to install and connect comes in an email a week before the day, with every step written out.

Not included: your Claude subscription. You need a paid plan of your own — a seat on your company's Claude account if it has one, or the lowest-priced paid plan, about $20 a month. It isn't part of the class fee and we don't resell it.

Paying

Seats are paid when you book, by card, through Stripe. Teams of two or more can ask for an invoice when the class is at least 5 days away; it's due within 7 days, or 2 days before the class if that's sooner. If an invoice isn't paid by its due date, we may cancel the booking and release the seats to others.

Booking for your team

If you book seats for colleagues, each of them confirms these terms for themselves before the class. Refunds go back to whoever paid, at the rate that applies on the day you tell us.

If you need to cancel

  • Changed your mind? Full refund if you tell us within 24 hours of booking. This doesn't apply to bookings made within 24 hours of the class starting.
  • More than 7 days before the class: full refund.
  • 7 to 2 days before: half the fee.
  • Inside 2 days: no refund — but you can send someone else from your business in your place, at no charge. Tell us by the day before the class, so their materials are made in their name.

If we cancel or move a class

You get a full refund, or a seat on another date if you'd rather.

If you want to send someone else

Any time up to the day before. We build each attendee's materials the day before the class and stamp them with the name of the person attending, so a swap after that leaves you holding a document with the wrong name on it. One email is all it takes.

We don't record the class

We don't record the class. No audio, no video, no screen capture. You'll have your real numbers, your real mail and your real customers on your screen all day, alongside other owners who may run businesses like yours, and none of it is captured. What we will and won't do with what we see is a separate document — our confidentiality commitment — and it's worth two minutes of your time.

Where you'll be working

You work on your own laptop, in your own account, on your own data. Your assistant runs on your own Claude account under whatever terms you have with its provider — we're not in the middle of that and we have no access to it, during the class or after.
