Version 1.1 · September 16, 2026

Akian Karofsky, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company — us, below. Licensed to the business named on your copy — you.

What this covers

The Blueprint you receive in class, and every template, instruction file, and report format it contains or creates. Together, the materials.

What you may do

Use the materials to run your own business, for as long as you like. Adapt them, rename things, change the wording, throw parts away, build on them. Nothing here expires and nothing needs renewing.

Your own business means the one named on your copy. If you run more than one and want the materials to cover another, tell us.

What you may not do

  • Forward, share, publish, or post the materials, in whole or in part.
  • Sell them, sublicense them, or give them away.
  • Use them to deliver services, consulting, or training to anyone else — paid or unpaid.
  • Remove the stamp on your copy, which names you, your class date, and your copy number.

The first one matters most. The materials work for whoever holds a copy, which is exactly why yours shouldn't leave your business.

What stays yours

Everything your workspace holds about your business — your numbers, your customers, your mail, your lists, the reports you build, the files you write. All of it is yours. We claim nothing in it and we don't receive it.

What we don't promise

The materials are what we teach, not a guarantee of a result. What your assistant drafts is for you to check, not to rely on unchecked. You stay responsible for what you send, sign, file, and pay.

The most we can owe you

If you ever have a claim against us over the materials or the class, the most we can owe you is what you paid for that class. That is the ceiling on everything combined, however the claim is framed.

We are not liable for knock-on losses: lost profit, lost time, lost data, a deal that didn't close, a decision that went the wrong way.

Some states don't allow limits like this one. If yours doesn't, it applies as far as your state allows and no further.

If this ends

Stop using the materials whenever you like — the restrictions above outlive that. If you breach them, the license ends and the copies come down. Nothing here takes your own files away from you.
